Shipping

All orders over $ 40 are free of any shipping charges. There is a fixed charge of $ 10 Australia wide for orders under $ 40.

All orders are shipped Australia wide by Australia Post. We aim to have your order delivered in 3 to 5 work days. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Should we become aware of any delay to your order we will advise you by email.

We do not sell products on this website outside of Australia. Please contact us directly if you are outside of Australia and would like to order a product from us.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered. At the completion of your order the total cost of your order is displayed including any freight charge (if applicable).

Payments

1. Our site is set-up using Paypal Gateway for secure payments made using Paypal accounts as well as Visa and Mastercard Credit and Debit cards. There are no additional surcharges.

2. If you would like to pay by Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer or Cheque/Money Order, please contact us directly with your order, delivery details and preferred payment method and we will advise you of the process.

Product Descriptions

Whilst every effort has been made to describe our products accurately and fully, we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. A full list of the ingredients is available on the website and should be viewed if you have sensitivities or allergies to particular ingredients. We do not accept responsibility for any adverse reactions after using one of our products. Products should only be used for the purposes they are intended and in the recommended manner. Hemp Organics cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred due to an allergic reaction or as a result of any other unforseen occurence.

Product colours displayed on this website are intended as a guide only. Different computer monitors display colours differently and the purchaser accepts the risk that the actual product colour may vary from what they expected.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

Returns Policy

If you believe that a product you received is in some way defective or not what you ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item specifying the nature of your concern. We will determine at that time if a replacement product will be provided. We may require you to return the product to us so we can determine if the product is faulty. If, after inspection, we accept the product is not fit for use or not as described you will be offered a replacement or refund.
